Calling on Imperial College to take a stand against war crimes

1.2 million Palestinians have been violently displaced.

3000 children have been murdered.

Hospitals, schools, churches, and mosques have all been indiscriminately targeted.

Amnesty International have said “Israeli attacks violated international humanitarian law”.

A UN special rapporteur has described events as “a crime against humanity and a blatant violation of international humanitarian law.”

Oxfam have said starvation is being used as a "weapon of war".

The family of a journalist, Wael Dahdouh, were targeted and killed (as confirmed by an Israeli journalist, Zvi Yehezkeli).

The UN Chief has labelled Israel’s violence as "clear violations" of international law.

The World Health Organisation has called evacuations of hospitals as “a death sentence for the sick and injured”.

We are pressing our university to take the following action with urgency:

A) The bombing of ambulances and electricity-deprived hospitals.

B) The killing of medics, journalists and UN officials. As well as the targeting of their families.

C) The illegal blockade which inhibits urgent medical and life-preserving supplies to civilians of Gaza.

As a part of the Imperial community, your voice has a right to be heard by the faculty you are a part of. If you feel that atrocities taking place go against everything you stand for, and you want to call upon Imperial to play a part in stopping this genocide, then we urge you to sign your name below:
