Basic Logic is a popular youtube content creator who is among other things a denier of Marxist science. While his videos contain many immeasurably idiotic opinions, we are primarily concerned with his blind denial of Marxist doctrine. His critique of the Marxist theory often confuses it with the ideology of the left wing of capital making it entirely useless as a critique and when it does correctly adress Marxist positions it does so poorly and ignorantly. Basic Logic more often than not lacks any form of logical argumentation, reduces the points of his opponents to strawmans, rarely if ever provides sources for his claims and engages in many other forms of deeply unserious mental masturbation he apparently thinks can be called content. Now despite all this we geniune Marxists, often called leftcommunists, the communist left and sometimes "ultraleftists" pejoratively (all of these titles somewhat misleading since we have no relation to the left of capital) are willing to have a debate with this deeply troubled individual in hope of getting him to understand revolutionary theory, or at least show his viewers that his weak and pathetic arguments do not account for true Marxism. Basic Logic will likely decline our offer due to the fact he might feel scared to engage in a debate he knows he will lose in, so we encourage you to sign this open letter, so he knows how much everyone wants to see this debate
