We are concerned about how David Craven has been subjected to bullying sexual harassment and is expected to return to work in an environment with the person who harassed him.

This is unreasonable. As queer people, this kind of treatment can be deeply traumatic for us. This has triggered a mental health crisis for David.

Whilst David desperately wants to return to work, having spoken to him we are writing to you to ask that you considering moving him to a different team/role as recommended by both his GP and occupational health so that he doesn’t have to be reminded of harassment on a daily basis.

We are concerned about the lack or real support David has been given to date.
