To the members of SAG-AFTRA and the WGA

We are a coalition of independent film producers that stand with you in the fight for a fair contract and support the strikes against the AMPTP.

For over a decade, large technology companies and the traditional studios have used their oligopoly over the film and television industry to create a system that benefits no one but a small group of executives. This group has stated to the press that their goal is to force union members to lose their homes. We condemn this.

The callous and disastrous pursuit of unlimited content has led to the suppression of wages, shrinking residuals, unsafe sets, and the abuse of Artificial Intelligence to profit off of workers’ labor and likenesses without consent. This must end.
